Diagnosis
Vertex smooth and shiny, without a median groove; mesoscutum with raised and weak reticulation; propodeal callus with three setae; coxae dark and metallic; costal cell bare; petiole 2.5X as long as wide in female; first gastral tergite smooth and shiny with posterior ¼ with very weak reticulation; scutellum smooth and shiny; fore femur dark brown, mid and hind femora pale brown, tibiae yellowish-white.
